You will be notified by email when your material is available for pickup.

• If you requested to pick up your material on campus, you can go to the University of Waterloo library circulation desk you specified when submitting your request.
• If you requested books by mail, please make sure to respond to the email asking for your address so the book can be mailed to you.
• If you requested an article or book sections, you will be sent a web link to an electronic copy of your material with further instructions for accessing it. Please note that the web link will expire after 30 days.
