  1. First, check Get a University of Waterloo thesis to determine if the item is available from UWSpace or ProQuest Dissertations & Theses Global.
  2. If neither source has an electronic copy, fill out a Digitization on Demand request.
Most thesis will be digitized in 2 weeks or less.
