New students who do not have a WatCard can submit a request form for a physical or digital WatCard.

  1. Visit the Student WatCard web page.
  2. Click the "new student WatCard request form" link at the bottom of the page.
  3. Log in using your WatIAM credentials.
  4. Before applying, update your preferred/chosen name on WatIAM.
  5. Complete the WatCard application.
  6. Upload your photo and any supporting identification documents required.
  7. Follow instructions to pick up your WatCard.
Studying remotely and need access to Library resources? Request the digital option. Not a student? Faculty, researchers, and staff can also obtain a WatCard.
