Yes, you can still use your WatCard to access resources and borrow books after graduating.

At the end of your last active term:

Your student account will be automatically converted to an Alumni account. With your Alumni account you will have Alumni Borrowing Privileges and access to Alumni electronic resources using your WatIAM credentials.

If you graduated in 2000 or earlier: 

You will need to create a WatIAM account and submit an Alumni WatCard Request form

If you plan to continue studying and researching at the university after you graduate, and require student access to Library resources, you can ask a faculty member in your department to request a Sponsor WatIAM Account from Information Systems & Technology.
