What systems can be updated during the technical freeze that begins on November 1?

Systems that cannot be updated during this time period:
- Voyager acquisitions
- Voyager cataloguing
- SFX
- Textura
Systems available for use:
- Voyager circulation – limited to transactional-related processes (e.g. charging out items, placing requests, adding/editing patron records)
- Primo – full functionality but no new records
What we won’t be doing during the technical services freeze:
- No ordering or receiving of regular orders
- No cataloguing or holdings maintenance
- No collections budget updates
- No transfers to the Annex
What we can continue to do during the technical services freeze:
- Rush order processing for rushes related to course reserves
- Selecting items for purchase in GOBI (to be processed after Dec. 10th)
- Fixing broken links for e-resources that are reported by users
- All of our circulation functions
