Working in a Software-as-a-Service model is dependent on two things—the service itself is up and we have connection to the Internet. Based on IST records, the last unplanned interruption to wired internet connections was in summer 2017 and lasted only 5 minutes. Although this situation should be rare, each department should determine what work can be done in the unit if there is no internet access.
