Yes. you can request access to electronic resources that are restricted to Guelph students by filling out an online form at the "joint programs registration page" page.
Library staff will confirm your status, and within three business days you will be able to log into the proxy server of Guelph Library.

To access the University of Guelph library resources, go to University of Guelph library's login page and follow the instructions for those who will be logging in without a University of Guelph single sign-on.  Use your University of Waterloo email address.  Before the first use, you’ll need to obtain a password by going to “click here to reset your password.”
