Yes, you can request books from Omni - the UW Library catalogue that searches resources from 16 partner libraries throughout Ontario.

  1. Search Omni to find the book you want
  2. Make sure you are signed into your library account
  3. Follow the steps on this info-graphic Requesting in Omni to place your request (a separate request has to be made for each book)

You will receive a notification by e-mail that the book is available to be picked up.

If you choose to request a digitized portion of a book then it will be sent to your UW email address when ready. Follow the steps on this info-graphic Requesting a Digitized Resource to place your request for a digitized book chapter or article.

 

You can also request books not found in Omni by filling out a Blank Request Form.
