Yes, there are help Desks at the Dana Porter and Davis libraries.

Help desks are staffed by the Information Systems & Technology (IST) department and provide with:

  • using the public computers, printers, photocopiers/scanners

  • connecting to the wireless network.

  • University of Waterloo Identity and Access Management (WatIAM) support .

 

Information Systems & Technology web site has all information about technical support for the UW community.
