1. First, your thesis has to be accepted by your department and faculty, and all other degree requirements have to be met.
2. Then your thesis must be submitted to Graduate Studies and Postdoctoral Affairs (GSPA) for final approval. Your thesis will be reviewed once GSPA has received the 'Thesis Acceptance' form from your faculty/department.
3. Once approved by the GSPA, your thesis is deposited in UW Space.
