Yes you can download/print an eBook, but with some restrictions.

Printing and downloading permissions are determined by the terms of the license agreement between the University and the eBook vendor. Specific permissions vary among eBooks.

Typically, eBooks hosted on a publisher platform are in DRM-free and can be printed/downloaded on a chapter by chapter basis. Some platforms, such as EBSQOhost, allow you to download an entire book for a loan period. Check each eBook for individual licensing permissions and restrictions.
