IE: this is done by going to Tools and choosing Internet Options. In the Content tab, in the ‘AutoComplete’ section, click on Settings and be sure to check ‘Forms’ and ‘Usernames and passwords on forms’ before clicking ‘OK’.

Firefox: go to Tools and choose ‘Clear recent browsing history’. In the drop down menu, choose ‘Everything’ and make sure ‘Form and Search History’ and ‘Active Logins’ are checked.

Chrome: click on "customize and control Google Chrome" (the wrench icon) and click on Tools. Choose ‘Clear browsing data’ and set the timeline to ‘the beginning of time’. Make sure ‘Clear saved Auto-fill form data’ is checked and click ‘Clear browsing data’.

Safari: click on the gear icon and choose ‘Reset Safari’. Make sure ‘Remove saved names and passwords’ and ‘Remove other auto-fill form text’ are checked before clicking ‘Reset’.

Microsoft Edge: Click the Hub icon hubicon.png . Click the History icon edgehistory.png .Click the link labeled Clear all history.Check the boxes for each item you want to clear.Click the Clear button. The message "All Clear!" will appear at the top when the data has been erased.

You may need to restart your browser.
