The Help Desk at the Dana Porter and Davis libraries provides technical support. Get technical support with using the public computers, printers, photocopiers/scanners, and connecting to the wireless network. Advanced technical support (network connectivity, operating system and hardware troubleshooting, virus removal, software installation and University of Waterloo Identity and Access Management (WatIAM) support) is also available.
